After getting Building & Sanitary Latrine Permission which are valid for 3 (one) year only from the date of issue of the same. And after construction of Full / Part of the Building, the applicant can apply for getting a New Holding / Improvement of the existed Holding by submitting an application in a Plain paper addressing to the Chairperson / Executive Officer of Lala Municipal Board, Lala enclosing supporting documents, viz., copies of Building & Sanitary Latrine Permission, Plan of the Building, Occupancy certificate, Self-Assessment Form duly filled-up & signed by the Owner of the said Building.
